HEAD OF MARKETING
We are looking for a marketing professional to own the strategic direction and execution of the Clarity marketing plan, agreed budget and third-party deliverables across the Channel Islands.
Create and deliver an actionable plan that will identify and close the gaps between Clarity and our primary competitors in terms of market positioning, customer engagement, digital presence, and product/service perception. This will measurably deliver improvements in brand visibility, customer acquisition with actionable lead generation, client retention and an increase in overall market share.
KEY AREAS:
COMPETITOR ANALYSIS
- Understand and measure where Clarity stands in relation to our key competitors, focusing on:
- Market positioning and brand messaging.
- Product or service differentiation and unique selling propositions (USPs).
- Customer engagement across digital channels (social media, email, website).
- Paid and organic traffic insights, SEO, and content marketing strategies.
- Customer feedback, and reviews.
- Identify and detail areas where our brand is under-performing or less visible compared to competitors.
STRATEGIC RECOMMENDATIONS:
- Develop an actionable strategy to bridge identified gaps, focusing on:
- Digital marketing enhancements (e.g., SEO, social media, content).
- Customer engagement tactics (e.g., loyalty programs, targeted messaging).
- Lead generation, calls to action with tangible results.
- Unique brand positioning adjustments and message refinements.
- Develop customer testimonials, case studies and product white papers.
- Supplier and Customer events.
EXPECTED DELIVERABLES:
- An ongoing detailed report on competitor analysis findings.
- Strategic plan with a list of prioritised action steps showing short, medium, and long-term initiatives.
- A budget with timings and resource requirements to deliver the recommended plan.
- List of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for tracking progress.
- Full budget required to deliver the plan, including Salary, Agency costs and any third-party requirement costs, etc.
