Service Desk Engineer Role
Clarity's Guernsey office is seeking an individual to fill a team-based role relating to the provision of various IT services to our clients. These Service Desk duties are predominantly office-based, covering the following areas, as well as other duties, as required:
- Supporting clients remotely, under direction from the Head of Department, responding to support calls, assisting end users with the diagnosis and resolution of desktop, network and server issues. You are expected to take an active role in Service Desk related duties. your target is at least 33% of your time as chargeable to clients.
- Carrying out daily health check, preventative maintenance checks and logging service tickets where required in order that these can be remediated.
- Supporting and providing assistance to the other Service Desk Team members.
Ideally candidates will have at least 2 to 3 years relative Service Desk / IT Support experience. We offer a good remuneration package, including health insurance and other benefits such as an onsite gym and parking.
