Neil is the Chief Executive Officer at Clarity. As well as managing the day to day running of the company, he uses his 30 years of experience in the IT industry to support both the sales and technical side of the business.
His knowledge extends to most solutions including operations, help desk support, technical support specification, planning, integration and implementation. His focus is now on business development and specifically process-based solutions including Document Management, Workflow, Digital Signatures and Robotic Process Automation. Neil also advises companies on the best options when moving to cloud solutions.

Matthew has worked in the IT industry for the past 20 years supporting local businesses from single-user systems through to large multi-jurisdictional companies that require complex configurations.
Overseeing the technical teams Matthew is responsible for the operational and technical elements of the business. Matthew is experienced in designing and delivering complete IT solutions with a particular focus on security-related products and other aspects of IT including project, account and service management.
As the security of systems and information has become more critical during the last few years Matthew has focused more on information security and led the initiative for Clarity to become the first IASME Gold-certified organisation (IASME security standard is akin to ISO27001 for small-to-medium size business) in the Channel Islands.
Matthew has attained the prestigious (ISC)² Certified Information Security Professional (CISSP), which is widely regarded as the gold standard in information security.
Matthew was born and educated in Guernsey. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his young family out on the water and competing in local golf competitions.

Clarity gave us complete control over our IT environment with the added security, improved communications and reliability of supply provided by a data centre.
We are very pleased with our new system. The set-up was efficient and we now have a system that remains up to date without the need for large capital expenditure for upgrades every few years.
Clarity has been instrumental in designing, guiding and supporting Aquitaine through two fundamental IT infrastructure changes with minimum internal disruption. They have also fully supported our staff with hands-on, practical advice.
We have been working with the Team at Clarity for a number of months now and they have been excellent in assisting all our needs while transitioning our data from one IT platform to another, whilst going beyond to work to tight deadlines and out of hours to facilitate the smooth transition. We would not hesitate to recommend them, as they have worked with us and offered solutions during our weekly calls – Thank you
