Senior Project Manager

Role Summary

Work with the Head of Project Delivery to deliver projects for our clients and Clarity. The projects span multiple areas including digital transformation, on premise and cloud (M365/Azure) migrations, system migrations, data migrations, infrastructure upgrades & document management deployments.

Contract role for six to nine months with a possibility of permanent in the future.

Key Activities & Responsibilities

Tasks will include;

• Liaising with the sales and technical teams to scope projects
• Assisting with business analysis tasks as required. Some projects require work to be completed on both a project management and business analyst front
• Scheduling and organisation of projects using Clarity’s PM system
• Liaising with technical team leads for the availability of internal resources
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously to time, budget and scope
• Communication with clients, Clarity management and project stakeholders
• Ensuring project changes and risks (change control process) are controlled appropriately
• Providing project status updates
• Assisting with the production of project documentation, including statements of work, project schedules & project plans
• Ensuring Clarity staff adhere to the process flow for project delivery
• Ensuring completed projects are handed over to the service delivery teams with adequate documentation and training
• Any other related services, duties, responsibilities and deliverables as requested

Any other duties that fall within the job-holder’s capabilities.

* In particular the candidate should have good experience in project managing MS Azure & O365 migrations.
