Neil is the Chief Executive Officer at Clarity. As well as managing the day to day running of the company, he uses his 30 years of experience in the IT industry to support both the sales and technical side of the business.
His knowledge extends to most solutions including operations, help desk support, technical support specification, planning, integration and implementation. His focus is now on business development and specifically process-based solutions including Document Management, Workflow, Digital Signatures and Robotic Process Automation. Neil also advises companies on the best options when moving to cloud solutions.
Neil was born in Guernsey and he is married with a daughter. Neil still enjoys football (watching!) and is sportingly active when injuries permit!
Matt is Clarity's Chief Customer Officer and a joint founder of NGIT in 2003. Prior to this,
he worked for local fiduciary businesses and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.
Matt has a strong focus on providing an efficient and excellent service to our clients and heads up our Support Teams.

Matthew has worked in the IT industry for the past 20 years supporting local businesses from single-user systems through to large multi-jurisdictional companies that require complex configurations.
Overseeing the technical teams Matthew is responsible for the operational and technical elements of the business. Matthew is experienced in designing and delivering complete IT solutions with a particular focus on security-related products and other aspects of IT including project, account and service management.
As the security of systems and information has become more critical during the last few years Matthew has focused more on information security and led the initiative for Clarity to become the first IASME Gold-certified organisation (IASME security standard is akin to ISO27001 for small-to-medium size business) in the Channel Islands.
Matthew has attained the prestigious (ISC)² Certified Information Security Professional (CISSP), which is widely regarded as the gold standard in information security.
Matthew was born and educated in Guernsey. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his young family out on the water and competing in local golf competitions.
Tom is Clarity’s Chief Operating Officer with over two decades experience managing IT businesses and a Microsoft Certified Professional.
He has wide-ranging experience and leadership skills, focused on developing and delivering technology-driven business services and solutions, providing outstanding client service, and driving profitable revenue growth.
Before the merger with ASL in 2022, Tom served as Operations Director for NGIT, founded in 2003.
Outside of work Tom enjoys spending time with his family and has a keen interest in motorcycles/mechanics.
Rory is responsible for managing risk and tracking the Company’s performance which he reports on to the Board and Shareholders. Rory also oversees the Marketing department and assists the sales team on contracts when required. Rory has a degree in Mathematics and Economics from University College Galway and is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.
Before joining Clarity, Rory held roles as Commercial Director across a range of industries. Rory spent 10 years in Telecoms where he was Commercial Director at both T-Mobile and EE and also General Manager of an in-house MVNO at Carphone Warehouse. In addition, Rory was Commercial Director at Holland and Barrett before re-locating to Guernsey in 2017.
Outside of work, Rory enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and padel tennis, going fishing and travelling.
Alan’s role is Jersey Operations Manager at Clarity Limited, where he brings his 35 years of experience in both engineering and customer relations to manage the day-to-day operations of the Jersey office. Taking a hands-on approach to the daily challenges, Alan’s role encompasses both technical and administrative tasks. Out of work Alan enjoys cooking, supporting Tottenham Hotspur and looking after his small rescue dog Elvis.
Brendan is head of service delivery at Clarity where he leads the service delivery team with technical design, implementation, and troubleshooting providing mentorship. With over thirty years of experience in IT, Brendan brings a wealth of experience in Infrastructure, Networking and Cloud solutions.
Before joining Clarity, he held roles at a well-known commercial company for over 20 years involved in many aspects of IT. Brendan is particularly passionate about training others, High Performance computing and Networking.
Brendan holds a master’s degree in computer science and is a chartered member of the British Computer Society. He also holds Microsoft Azure based Certifications and other progressional qualifications.
Outside of work, Brendan enjoys cars, gaming, walking and swimming.
David Darlington leads the Business Transformation team. During his 10 years at the helm, David has introduced numerous efficiencies for customers, significantly enhancing their experience. He has spearheaded initiatives such as the implementation of M-Files, RPA, and EDOCS, which have streamlined document management and automated processes, resulting in substantial time and cost savings for clients.
David has extensive international experience, having worked in Singapore, Australia, Kuala Lumpur, and Hong Kong, which has given him a broad understanding of clients needs and requirements.
Known for his collaborative and innovative leadership style, David fosters a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork. In his own time, David enjoys spending time with his family and playing football. He also plays bass guitar and is a member of the infamous Clarity Band, which won the 2024 Corporate Battle of the Bands.
Debbie has been with Clarity for over 25 years. Initially employed to assist with sale and marketing of our Disaster Recovery facilities, her role and responsibilities have changed over the years based on the needs of the Company. In the early years she was responsible for all office admin, day to day accounts functions and, as the Company grew, she also assisted with HR and Sales functions. Debbie’s current responsibilities include all aspects of managing the finances of one of the Channel Islands largest IT companies, not only for our head office in Guernsey but also our offices in Jersey and Romania. With over 39 years of experience in Finance, Debbie’s wealth of knowledge, analytical mind and versatility stands us in good
stead in an ever-evolving industry.
Before joining Clarity, she was a Director of a specialist consultancy practice focusing on the securities industry and qualified as an Associate Member of The Securities Institute. Prior to this Debbie had worked for a local Stockbroker where she qualified as a Stock Exchange Dealer.
Outside of work, Debbie enjoys socialising, reading, rugby and exploring new countries.
Matt Browne is the Technical Delivery Manager at Clarity Limited, where he leads the Technical Delivery team. With nearly a decade at Clarity, Matt has played a pivotal role in delivering complex technical projects for clients, including migrations to Microsoft 365 and Azure, as well as deployments of Clarity’s proprietary cloud solutions.
With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge across a broad range of technologies. Prior to joining Clarity, he held roles in both the public and private sectors, including government and private banking where he earned numerous industry certifications, including those from Microsoft, Cisco, Check Point, and ITSM.
Matt is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that align with client needs and business goals. His leadership ensures that Clarity’s technical projects are delivered efficiently, securely, and with a focus on long-term value. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends. He’s an avid golfer, a guitarist and proud winner for Clarity’s at Battle of the Bands, and enjoys gardening.
Richard oversees the planning and delivery of IT transformation projects for Clarity. His work spans strategy, systems and change with particular strength in mergers & acquisitions.
He has a combined technical and managerial background, having previously held roles that blend hands-on systems work with leadership, including positions at global tech firms such as Intel and Hewlett-Packard. Through this experience, he has developed significant knowledge in operations, aligning technical strategy and managing complex stakeholder relationships. Outside work, Richard enjoys spending time with his family, keeping fit and travelling whenever time permits.
Steve is an accomplished business development leader with a proven track record of driving strategic growth and forging high-impact partnerships. As Head of Business Development, Steve plays a pivotal role in identifying new market opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and aligning commercial strategy with long-term business goals.
With a strong background in service integration and telecoms Steve brings a blend of analytical insight and creative thinking to every initiative. He is known for his collaborative approach, commercial acumen, and ability to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions.
Steve reports to Neil Jordan and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business development efforts are aligned with broader company objectives.Steve is avid Manchester United fan (Born in Manchester) and a member of Institute of Directors, Jersey.
Abigail is Head of Marketing at Clarity, where she leads marketing strategy, brand development, and business growth initiatives. With over 20 years of experience across Asset Management, Wealth Management, Banking, and FinTech, Abigail brings deep industry insight and a passion for innovation.
Prior to joining Clarity, Abigail was the Global Head of Marketing at TORA. There, she worked closely with the C-Suite, driving brand awareness, product launches, and strategic growth across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the US.
Outside of Clarity, Abigail is a mum, interior designer, and keen skier. She also enjoys travelling and exploring new countries.
Tim works with a broad range of products and services and is always looking for new ways that Clarity can provide value-added services to clients.
He has worked in the information management and IT industry for more than thirty years, working with software suppliers and solution providers. He likes to work with clients to understand business processes and see where technology can be used to improve those processes, reducing overheads and increasing productivity. He has worked in the UK, Channel Islands and across the whole of the EMEA region.
Tim has been sailing all of his life and regularly competes in races in the waters around the island and further afield.
Paul has over 25 years account management & business development experience within the IT and Telecom industry. Paul has always considered himself a people person and enjoys the interaction and the journey that businesses undertake to achieve their business objectives. Customer service, care and attention is a high priority to him.
Guernsey born and bred and married with two daughters, he shares his enthusiasm for archery and actively participates in local bands, where both of his daughters are also involved. Additionally, Paul enjoys the occasional track day with his car.
Libby helps clients to find the correct hardware and software for their daily needs and makes sure that all software renewals are kept up to date.
Formerly from the UK, Libby has worked in many different sectors of the IT industry since 1993.
Libby is married with 2 step-children and has lived in Guernsey since 2005. She has a passion for cooking and entertaining and likes to think she could be the next “Clarissa Dickson Wright”. She spends much of her spare time travelling.

Prior to working for Clarity, Adam worked for twelve years in the secondary education sector leading an IT and Computer Science department, bringing with him all the tricks of the trade to help deliver our bespoke training packages, such as our Cyber Security Awareness package.
When he isn't training, Adam likes to keep in touch with clients and make sure everyone feels well looked after.
Outside of work Adam enjoys keeping up with the latest gadgets, days out with his family and racking up miles on his e-cargo bike.
Doug has over 30 years experience in both Teaching and IT Client Relationship Management. Having achieved a Masters Degree in Computing he worked for a UK software company in a client relationship role for several years.
Migrating to Guernsey in 2008, Doug held several positions teaching IT and Computer Science and is now leading the development of IT Training at Clarity as well as looking after clients.
Outside of work Doug enjoys travelling with his family and the occasional 10k fun run.
Ross is the Head of Enterprise Clients at Clarity Limited, where he Manages and mentors members of the team. With over 25 years of experience in IT, Ross brings a wealth of expertise in IT Support, Systems Management and Project Delivery.
Ross has been a dedicated employee of the company for almost 20 years.
Outside of work, Ross competes in the local 8 Ball Pool and Darts leagues and enjoys Golf, dog walking and DIY.
Gavin’s career spans law enforcement, financial fraud investigation, and digital forensics experience that provides a strong foundation for his leadership in Information Security. His time at the GFSC, combined with private sector experience managing eDiscovery projects, has equipped him with deep insight into both regulatory and operational risk management.
Today, Gavin leads Clarity’s Information Security team, working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver pragmatic, risk-appropriate protection for systems and data. Recognising that effective data governance underpins organisational resilience, Gavin ensures the team promotes strong, auditable security frameworks that prevent failure before it starts.
Gavin also oversees Audit, CISO, Litigation Support, and Incident Response services. His approach balances technical rigour with practical business understanding, ensuring every engagement delivers measurable security outcomes. Under Gavin’s leadership, Clarity has maintained successful audits across ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, and Cyber Assurance standards. This hands-on experience gives Gavin and his team valuable insight into the challenges clients face in attaining and maintaining certification. Gavin holds an undergraduate degree in Information Security and Computing from Plymouth University, along with multiple industry-recognised security certifications. Outside of work, he’s swapped rugby and Olympic freestyle wrestling for more measured pursuits — enjoying historical podcasts, theatre, poetry, jogging, sea swimming, and walking, having recently completed both Channel Island walks.
Tristan helps businesses work smarter by leading automation and document management initiatives that boost efficiency and reduce complexity. Passionate about innovation, he contributes to open-source projects that empower developers, reflecting his commitment to solutions that benefit both businesses and the broader community.
With 15+ years in IT and managed services, Tristan excels at aligning technology with business goals to deliver measurable results. Before joining Clarity, he worked at Credit Suisse and other offshore financial institutions, driving large-scale IT systems projects and implementations.
Outside of work, Tristan enjoys time with his young family and evenings in the garage tinkering with a classic track car—one that doesn’t get out as often as it used to.
Lisa’s role is Service Delivery Manager at Clarity Limited, where she works closely with the Enterprise and Professional Services teams to ensure IT services are efficiently delivered, acting as a liaison with key responsibilities including overseeing service performance and ensuring services meet quality standards.
With almost 30 years of experience in the IT sector Lisa brings a wealth of expertise with strong interpersonal skills. Operational experience of working within a regulated environment and the associated internal and external controls required Lisa is experienced in working within strict timeframes and control processes. Before joining Clarity, Lisa held various roles enabling her to attain a high level of technical and team leadership skills around the infrastructure stack including storage, backup, virtualisation, operating systems and database technologies. Lisa is experienced in supporting global business operations across multiple jurisdictions and time zones. Lisa also has experience of multiple data centre migrations, from
both a planning, management and technical execution perspective. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys socialising, singing, exercising outdoors and ferrying her daughter between numerous dance classes!
Billy began his career at Clarity straight out of Highlands College as a Junior Support Technician. Over the past 17 years, he has steadily built his expertise, earning a range of industry-leading qualifications — most recently focused on Microsoft Azure.
Today, Billy specialises in delivering advanced technical solutions, particularly Azure-based services, while also providing training and leadership within Clarity’s Technical Delivery team.
Outside of work, Billy is a passionate marathon runner and is currently taking on the Abbott World Marathon Majors.
Ju’s role is Human Resources and Mental First Aider (MHFA) at Clarity Limited, where she assists in all areas of the Human Resources department and leads Clarity’s Mental Health initiatives. With over 30 years of experience in Finance and Pensions, Ju brings a wealth of expertise in People Management, Operational Strategy and Project Delivery skills.
Before joining Clarity, she held various leadership roles including Pensions Manager and Bank Manager, where she achieved various qualifications and certificates in People Management, Coaching, Mental Health and First Aid. Ju’s strong commitment to Mental Health advocacy led her to initiate and drive the implementation of Clarity’s partnership with Mind Guernsey, as a designated
Workplace Partner.
Outside of work, Ju enjoys socialising, weight training, walking her dog Harli and reading.
Declan is a Professional Services Analyst at Clarity Ltd where he leads BAU activities for Jersey clients. With over 4 years of experience in technology sector within Network Operation Centres, Service Delivery Management, Project Management Office and Project delivery. Dec brings a wealth of expertise in IT Service Management, Service Delivery and Business Transformation.
Before joining Clarity, he held the position of Senior Associate at BDO focusing on inhouse client delivery through establishing and maintaining a Project Management Office and managed migrating data, testing and continual improvement of a new project management tool for effective project reporting and resource management. Prior to this he held the position of Service Delivery Manager at C5 Alliance, leading managed service reviews, new projects and continual delivery of quality service.
Declan holds a Diploma from the Chartered Management Institute, Microsoft AZ-900 & MS-900 certifications. HPE Proliant Gen 9 & 10 certification and ITIL v4 foundation and is an active member of Chartered Management Institute.
Dave is a Senior Project Manager at Clarity, where he leads client projects with a focus on delivering tailored solutions. With over 25 years of experience spanning the Financial, Legal, and Software Consulting sectors, Dave brings industry insight and a pragmatic approach to project delivery.
Prior to joining Clarity, Dave held roles as a Business Analyst and Applications Analyst. This diverse background has equipped him with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organisation, including teams operating in multiple jurisdictions and time zones.
