Matt is Clarity's Chief Customer Officer and a joint founder of NGIT in 2003. Prior to this, he worked for local fiduciary businesses and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.
Matt has a strong focus on providing an efficient and excellent service to our clients and heads up our Support Teams.
Matt was born in Guernsey and is married with two daughters. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, travelling and taking part in local Motorsport events (on two wheels!).
Neil is the Chief Executive Officer at Clarity. As well as managing the day to day running of the company, he uses his 30 years of experience in the IT industry to support both the sales and technical side of the business.
His knowledge extends to most solutions including operations, help desk support, technical support specification, planning, integration and implementation. His focus is now on business development and specifically process-based solutions including Document Management, Workflow, Digital Signatures and Robotic Process Automation. Neil also advises companies on the best options when moving to cloud solutions.
Neil was born in Guernsey and he is married with a daughter. Neil still enjoys football (watching!) and is sportingly active when injuries permit!
Matthew has worked in the IT industry for the past 20 years supporting local businesses from single-user systems through to large multi-jurisdictional companies that require complex configurations.
Overseeing the technical teams Matthew is responsible for the operational and technical elements of the business. Matthew is experienced in designing and delivering complete IT solutions with a particular focus on security-related products and other aspects of IT including project, account and service management.
As the security of systems and information has become more critical during the last few years Matthew has focused more on information security and led the initiative for Clarity to become the first IASME Gold-certified organisation (IASME security standard is akin to ISO27001 for small-to-medium size business) in the Channel Islands.
Matthew has attained the prestigious (ISC)² Certified Information Security Professional (CISSP), which is widely regarded as the gold standard in information security.
Matthew was born and educated in Guernsey. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his young family out on the water and competing in local golf competitions.
Tom is Clarity’s Chief Operating Officer with over two decades experience managing IT businesses and a Microsoft Certified Professional.
He has wide-ranging experience and leadership skills, focused on developing and delivering technology-driven business services and solutions, providing outstanding client service, and driving profitable revenue growth.
Before the merger with ASL in 2022, Tom served as Operations Director for NGIT, founded in 2003.
Outside of work Tom enjoys spending time with his family and has a keen interest in motorcycles/mechanics.
Paul has over 25 years account management & business development experience within the IT and Telecom industry. Paul has always considered himself a people person and enjoys the interaction and the journey that businesses undertake to achieve their business objectives. Customer service, care and attention is a high priority to him.
Guernsey born and bred and married with two daughters, he shares his enthusiasm for archery and actively participates in local bands, where both of his daughters are also involved. Additionally, Paul enjoys the occasional track day with his car.
Tim works with a broad range of products and services and is always looking for new ways that Clarity can provide value-added services to clients.
He has worked in the information management and IT industry for more than thirty years, working with software suppliers and solution providers. He likes to work with clients to understand business processes and see where technology can be used to improve those processes, reducing overheads and increasing productivity. He has worked in the UK, Channel Islands and across the whole of the EMEA region.
Tim has been sailing all of his life and regularly competes in races in the waters around the island and further afield.
Prior to working for Clarity, Adam worked for twelve years in the secondary education sector leading an IT and Computer Science department, bringing with him all the tricks of the trade to help deliver our bespoke training packages, such as our Cyber Security Awareness package.
When he isn't training, Adam likes to keep in touch with clients and make sure everyone feels well looked after.
Outside of work Adam enjoys keeping up with the latest gadgets, days out with his family and racking up miles on his e-cargo bike.
Doug has over 30 years experience in both Teaching and IT Client Relationship Management. Having achieved a Masters Degree in Computing he worked for a UK software company in a client relationship role for several years.
Migrating to Guernsey in 2008, Doug held several positions teaching IT and Computer Science and is now leading the development of IT Training at Clarity as well as looking after clients.
Outside of work Doug enjoys travelling with his family and the occasional 10k fun run.
Libby helps clients to find the correct hardware and software for their daily needs and makes sure that all software renewals are kept up to date.
Formerly from the UK, Libby has worked in many different sectors of the IT industry since 1993.
Libby is married with 2 step-children and has lived in Guernsey since 2005. She has a passion for cooking and entertaining and likes to think she could be the next “Clarissa Dickson Wright”. She spends much of her spare time travelling.
Grant heads up the Information Security department at Clarity. This role includes providing consultation and support around all aspects of Information Security and Governance for our clients. Grant has worked in the IT industry for more than 25 years, across multiple different roles, he brings his experience and knowledge from these sectors to aid our clients with understanding and achieving Information Security and Governance standards. Grant is the lead auditor for the delivery of all related standards to clients and was also a founder member of the local Bailiwick of Guernsey Data Protection Association (BGDPA).
The Information Security team was established to provide our clients with the assurance that elements of daily cyber security actions are being performed for their infrastructure and that the dedicated team is there to provide related support upon request. The team itself has an extensive level of experience and qualifications across a variety of industries that provide service delivery to our clients. Grant holds a number of certifications that includes ECSA v10 Practical (EC-Council Certified Security Analyst), penetration tester and is an IASME accredited Cyber Essentials Plus and Governance assessor. His experience across multiple industries, allows Grant to have an in-depth understanding of the management and C-level reporting that is required for local regulatory requirements.
Grant is also a keen sailor and has raced both locally and internationally in both dinghies and yachts across a multitude of events.
